Roi Warhaftig

Mr. Warhaftig is a partner in the Competition & Antitrust Department, where he specializes in competition & antitrust law, litigation, and commercial disputes.


Mr. Warhaftig provides legal counsel to domestic and foreign companies in diverse competition and antitrust matters, including in proceedings before the Israel Antitrust Authority, and competition law counsel relating to mergers and acquisitions, and cases involving monopolies, abusive business practices, and other trade practices.

Mr. Warhaftig also advises on transaction planning and contract drafting in conformance with local antitrust laws and regulations, and represents companies in civil lawsuits, including class actions and proceedings before the Antitrust Tribunal.
