Mr. Katz is a senior associate and notary in our firm’s Private Clients, Intergenerational Transfers, Family Capital Management practice and in the Litigation practice.

Mr. Katz specializes in various litigation and family and inheritance disputes. Within this framework, Mr. Katz’s practice involves both advising clients in various family disputes, as well as advising the practice's clients on a wide range of issues in the field of family capital management and intergenerational transfers.

Within this context, Mr. Katz plans complex intergenerational transfers of property and business projects for wealthy families, establishes trusts and advises with respect to their management, including for family members with special needs and for the benefit of various public purposes.

Mr. Katz also drafts family constitutions and agreements and appropriate regulations for the purpose of managing family property for the benefit of future generations (while minimizing the risk of future conflicts to existing family members), as well as wills, financial agreements between spouses and gift agreements within the family unit.

Mr. Katz provides advice regarding guardianships, represents estate managers, drafts agreements between heirs, including estate distribution agreements, and serves as a receiver for the realization and improvement of real estate assets in family disputes.

In addition, Mr. Katz represents the practice's clients in a wide variety of inheritance disputes, some of which are the largest and most complex in Israel, and regularly appears before the various courts. Within this framework, Mr. Katz provides legal representation in arbitration and mediation proceedings, enabling optimal management of all the legal, family and economic needs of the practice's clients.
