Ms. Shekel is an associate in FBC’s Corporate Department, where she provides general counsel to public and private companies, with an emphasis on venture capital and private equity financing, technology and life sciences, mergers and acquisitions, and cross-border transactions.
During her studies, Ms. Shekel served as a research assistant in Corporate Law and was a teaching assistant in the Mergers and Acquisitions class at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
