FBC regularly advises its corporate clients on a variety of commercial agreements that companies enter into in the course of their business.  In this regard, for example, we draft and negotiate manufacturing and supply agreements, OEM agreements, licensing agreements, distribution and consignment agreements, and employment, consulting and service provider agreements.  These agreements frequently are complicated and multi-faceted, and require us to take into account considerations from a broad range of legal perspectives, such as potential antitrust consequences, regulatory concerns and litigation risks. 

Our goal in this aspect of our practice is to provide clients with agreements that are technically excellent and that reflect sound commercial advice.  As these agreements often involve multinational clients and non-Israeli parties, we are accustomed to producing documents that meet the highest standards of practitioners worldwide.
