We represent one of Israel's two commercial television stations, the country's cable television company, Israel's largest cellular provider, and one of its principal long-distance telephone companies and internet providers.
Our practice is built on in-depth of knowledge of the various particular aspects of telecommunications law in Israel, as well as on a broad perspective on the national and international telecommunications marketplace. We represent our telecommunications clients in the full range of matters that arise in the course of their business, including regulatory aspects, intellectual property issues, government tenders for broadcast franchises, and litigation, with particular specialization in privacy and defamation claims.
