FBC’s Sports Law practice provides a full suite of services that include representation before the various courts and tribunals in Israel and abroad (including disciplinary tribunals), the sale and purchase of sports teams, rights transfers, and the provision of comprehensive legal, commercial and corporate consultation to sports teams and to owners of sports teams. The practice provides representation before labor courts, civil courts as well as the tribunal of the Israel Football Association. The practice further provides advice on matters of corporate governance and commercial activities (including with regard to budget audits) as well as representation before relevant authorities.

The practice has particular expertise in the management of insolvent sports teams (including being appointed by courts as office holders in the framework of liquidation proceedings) which involves, the general management of the team, the signing of players, the sale of teams, and the process of passing a team's budget which is a condition for participating in tournaments.
