Mr. Well joined FBC in 2000. His practice focuses on corporate law, securities, mergers & acquisitions, regulatory and telecommunications.
Prior to joining FBC Mr. Well served as the chief legal counsel to Clal Israel Limited (the largest investment and holding company on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange at the time), where he handled a wide range of corporate transactions and securities law issues, including the merger between Clal Israel and IDB.
Mr. Well has been involved in numerous novel and high-profile transactions, including representing the Government of Israel in the privatization of major banks in Israel, advising Israel's private television authority in establishing the regulatory environment for commercial television and radio stations, and developing the legal tools for innovative securitization transactions.
Mr. Well graduated summa cum laude from The Hebrew University in Jerusalem Law School in 1988. He also served as an assistant lecturer for corporate law and was editor in chief of The Hebrew University Law Review. Mr. Well clerked for the Honorable Aharon Barak, President of the Supreme Court of Israel. |
