Mr. Yaniv is a partner at FBC and acts for clients in a variety of cross border corporate transactions with emphasis on technology, life science and venture capital investments. Mr. Yaniv has particular expertise in high-tech and complex international transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and public offerings. Mr. Yaniv is also involved in the structuring and representation of venture capital, mezzanine and hedge funds operating in Israel and the United States, and has significant experience in restructuring, debt financing and spin-offs. He regularly advises public and private companies on strategic collaborations, technology licensing and securities issues.
Mr. Yaniv represented clients such as Vyyo Inc., in its IPO and Secondary Offering on NASDAQ; Zen Research plc, in its IPO on the London Stock Exchange; Zen Research plc. in its acquisition of the assets of Silicon Value (S.V.) Ltd.; the establishment of Cap Ventures Ltd. and numerous private equity investments.
Mr. Yaniv, periodically lectures at the Israel Bar Association and at various business forums on corporate law and technology issues. |
