Ms. Eyal-Boger joined FBC in 1999. Prior to joining the firm she worked in a leading Tel Aviv litigation firm. She has since focused on competition and antitrust matters.
Ms. Eyal-Boger regularly represents major Israeli companies in all aspects of antitrust matters in Israel. She provides counsel and has broad experience in handling major antitrust cases and complex economic litigation, including class action litigation. She represents companies in various proceedings and instances, including before the Trade Restrictions Court, the Antitrust Commissioner, and civil and criminal courts. Ms. Eyal-Boger regularly assists Israeli and foreign companies in obtaining the approval of the Israel Antitrust Authority for mergers & acquisitions, investments and agreements containing restrictive provisions, and she provides counsel with respect to matters involving potential restrictive trade practices, and abusive behavior. Ms. Eyal-Boger also works closely with companies to create and implement antitrust compliance programs.
Ms. Eyal-Boger represents leading companies in a wide range of industries, including the banking, insurance, retail, communications, agriculture and automobile sectors.
Ms. Eyal-Boger is called upon freguently to comment on antitrust issues, and periodically lectures on antitrust matters at the Israel Bar Association and before various legal and business forums.
Ms. Eyal-Boger was invited by the Israeli Antitrust Authority to act as a non-governmental advisor to the European Commission at the International Competition Network. |
