Mr. Negbi is a partner at FBC's Litigation practice area. His practice concentrates on complex disputes relating to issues of contract law, corporate and commercial law, real estate, bankruptcies and liquidations. He has developed particular expertise in IP-related matters and in libel and privacy protection claims.
Mr. Negbi's clients include major defense contractors, one of Israel's leading energy companies, one of the country's largest construction companies, some of Israel's most significant institutional investors, a range of technology companies, as well as one of Israel's most widely circulated newspapers and one of its broadcast commercial television channels. Mr. Negbi's most prominent representations have included:
- Team/Malam, a leading Israeli IT company, in litigation in which a reverse triangular merger was recognized for the first time under Israeli law.
- Netvision 013, one of Israel's principal telecommunciations providers, in precedent-setting litigation before Israel's Supreme Court establishing that courts do not have authority to require internet service providers to disclose the identity of internet users in civil proceedings.
- One of Israel's leading insurance companies in an arbitration concerning a NIS 300 million dispute with a major insurance agency.
