Daniel Fishelovich

Associate

Mr. Fishelovich is an associate in FBC's Litigation Department.
His practice concentrates on corporate and commercial litigation, with a particular emphasis on class actions and derivative suits.

During his legal studies, Mr. Fishelovich served as a teaching assistant to Prof. Arye Edrei for the course of Jewish Law at the Tel Aviv University Faculty of Law.
Mr. Fishelovich also served as a research assistant to Prof. Ehud Kamar in the field of Corporate Governance, to Prof. Shay Lavie in the field of Civil Procedure and to Prof. Hila Shamir in the field of Welfare State and Freedom of Speech.

During his participation at the Semester Abroad Program at Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law (New York, USA), Mr. Fishelovich served as a research assistant to Prof. Suzanne L. Stone in the fields of Constitutional Law and Jewish Law.

In addition, Mr. Fishelovich served as a member of the editorial board of "Law, Society & Culture" Law Review of Tel Aviv University.

Mr. Fishelovich currently serves as a teaching assistant to Prof. Shay Lavie for the course of Class Actions at the Tel Aviv University Faculty of Law.
