Ms. Niron is an advisor to FBC’s Intellectual Property Practice, providing clients with advice and legal services related to regulatory requirements and compliance in the field of gambling and gaming.
In her previous role she was the Founder and CEO of Sparks Advisory, a consulting firm, where she consulted and advised companies on the legal and operational requirements for obtaining various remote gambling licenses both in Europe and the US.
Prior to that, Ms. Niron served as CEO of Juego Online a Playtech subsidiary, managing Playtech's B2C operations in Spain. During that time, Ms. Niron led some of Playtech’s most substantial M&A deals such as PokerStrategy and the joint venture with Gauselmann.
Beforehand, Ms. Niron was the Chief Strategy Officer, where she managed the process of identifying new markets and strategic partnerships in order to expand Playtech’s B2C offering into additional territories throughout Europe.
Ms. Niron spent over 9 years in New York, working in Wall-Street, running the business development of a finance company and later on co-managing a hedge fund portfolio.
