Mr. Friedman is a senior associate in FBC’s Corporate Department.
Mr. Friedman has a diverse corporate practice encompassing a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, securities laws, venture capital and general corporate matters. He has represented international and Israeli public and private acquirers, target companies, and private equity firms in a variety of cross-border and domestic mergers & acquisitions, public offerings and U.S. securities matters, joint ventures and other corporate matters. He also advised venture capital funds and companies regarding a wide array of finance and investment transactions.
In addition, Mr. Friedman provides day-to-day counseling to hi-tech companies and advises them on their legal and commercial activities. Mr. Friedman has served as general counsel for two companies, one of which was publicly listed on Nasdaq.
