Nevo Ben-Shitrit


Mr. Ben-Shitrit is an associate in the Competition & Antitrust Department, where he specializes in competition & antitrust law, litigation and regulation.

Mr. Ben-Shitrit provides legal counsel to domestic and foreign companies in diverse competition and antitrust matters, including mergers and acquisitions, restrictive arrangements and cases involving monopolies and abusive business practices.

Mr. Ben-Shitrit also represents companies in complex civil litigation matters, including class actions, commercial disputes and other potentially restrictive trade practices, and in proceedings before the Antitrust Tribunal and the Israel Antitrust Authority.

During his studies Mr. Ben-Shitrit served as a member of the editorial board of the Tel Aviv University Law Review. In addition, Mr. Ben-Shitrit served as a research assistant at the Tel Aviv University Faculty of Law and in other legal projects.
