Mr. Lampert is an associate in FBC’s Tax practice.

Mr. Lampert advises Israeli and multinational clients on a wide range of tax law matters including domestic income taxation, international taxation, and VAT. He provides legal opinions and tax planning to corporations and individuals and assists in obtaining tax rulings and other arrangements with the Israel Tax Authority. He has experience working on the tax aspects of a variety of business matters, including mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, and other transactions.

Mr. Lampert has special expertise in the field of equity-based compensation plans and benefits, where he advises investment funds and public and private companies across various industries. Experience includes (i) design and implementation of equity-based plans, (ii) equity-based compensation aspects of merger and acquisition transactions, financings, restructuring, and other corporate transactions and (iii) obtaining pre-tax rulings from the Israel Tax Authority.

Mr. Lampert is a member of the Taxation Committee of the Israel Bar Association.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Lampert worked as an accountant at KPMG Israel.
