Mr. Omer Kirzner (CPA) is a senior associate in our firm’s tax practice. He specializes in a wide range of taxation aspects, such as matters involving the Encouragement of Capital Investments Law, corporate, individual, and international taxation, M&A and trust taxation.

Mr. Kirzner provides comprehensive legal consultation to the firm’s clients, including companies, individuals, residents of Israel and abroad, on a variety of matters, including tax planning, preliminary approvals (“Pre-rulings”), ongoing guidance in regard to the Israeli Tax Authority and more.

Before joining our firm, Mr. Kirzner served as an accountant at KPMG Israel.
