Mr. Cohen is an associate in the Planning and Zoning practice of our firm.

Mr. Cohen specializes in representing clients in complex litigation involved in planning and zoning, appearing before the courts, appeals committees, and planning authorities. His practice also encompasses broader commercial matters.

With extensive experience in planning and zoning law, Mr. Cohen provides comprehensive legal support and counsel to the department’s clients, including some of Israel’s leading real estate companies, local authorities, developers, and private landowners. His work includes handling master plan approval processes at all levels, objections and appeal proceedings, and building permit procedures before the various planning institutions.
