Adv. Sapir Cohen is an associate in the Real Estate practice of our firm, specializing in urban renewal.

Adv. Cohen is involved in a wide range of commercial transactions, including representing purchasers and construction companies in sale agreements (both new constructions and second-hand properties). She also represents developers and apartment owners in urban renewal projects such as evacuation-construction (Pinui-Binui) and TAMA 38 projects, including all related amendments and modifications, drafting management and supervision agreements, bank financing agreements, and handling the registration of condominium buildings.
