Adv. Koral Anna Georgevich Shayovitz is an associate in our firm’s Planning & Zoning practice.

Adv. Georgevich specializes in planning & zoning and real estate and provides ongoing legal counsel to developers, landowners and private clients.

As part of her practice, she advises clients on the advancement of plans before the various planning authorities, from the initial stages of the planning process, through proceedings before the relevant committees, and up to the permitting stage and the issuance of building permits. She also represents clients in objection and appeal proceedings before appeal committees and planning authorities and advises on matters relating to betterment levies, claims for diminution in value under Section 197 of the Planning and Zoning Law, as well as other planning and legal matters.
