FBC represented the Sky Fund in the acquisition of all of the shares of Mertens-Hoffman Holdings Ltd. for NIS 39M. Mertens-Hoffman is a holding company that holds around 50% of the share capital of Marmanet Organization and Projects Management Ltd., which operates directly and indirectly through subsidiaries.
The group handles the management of complex projects by providing solutions and services in the areas of logistics, education, supervision and inspection, instruction and implementation, scanning and the creation and operation of digital archives and land management and planning. Among the companies main clients are: government ministries such as the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Transportation, Ministry of Housing and Building; municipalities including the city of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Netanya and Herzliya; public companies and entities such as Israeli Educational Television, Israel Railways, the Natural Gas Authority and more.
The completion of the deal is dependent on, among other things, the approval of the General Director of the Antitrust Authority.
