Mr. Meller is a senior associate in our firm’s Litigation practice as well as our Private Clients, Intergenerational Transfers and Family Capital Management practice.

Mr. Meller specializes in a variety of litigation aspects. Within this context, he represents the practice's clients in complex inheritance and family disputes, specifically disputes with complex economic and commercial aspects. some of those disputes are among the largest and most complex in Israel, including disputes regarding rights in corporations, real estate and other properties, in Israel and abroad. In this scope, Mr. Meller has unique expertise in handling cross-border inheritance disputes, including matters involving the application of foreign law to the estates of non-Israeli nationals.

In addition, Mr. Meller regularly represents the practice's clients in complex commercial, civil, contractual and corporate disputes, as well as in diverse class actions and administrative petitions.

Mr. Meller regularly appears before the various Israeli courts, including the Supreme Court and the Economic Department of the District Court and family court. Mr. Meller also appears in arbitration and mediation proceedings.

Mr. Meller also advises business owners and corporations, some of the largest in the Israeli market, regarding various commercial issues. He also advise the practice's clients on a wide range of aspects related to managing family capital and transference to future generations.
