Representation of NHN Ventures & Naver Corporation in its equity investment in Syte – Visual Conception Ltd. (“Syte”). As part of the round, Syte raised an aggregate amount of $6M, of which $2.5M was invested by NHN Ventures & Naver Corporation and the remaining by existing investors, based on a pre-money company valuation of $15M.
Syte has developed a visual search engine for fashion products.
