We are pleased to present you with another Planning & Zoning legal update regarding some interesting matters. First, the Ministerial Committee for Legislation approved the advancement of a proposed law that would postpone the payment of the betterment levy following the approval of a general outline plan. Second, another significant matter concerning the Municipality of Tel Aviv’s approval for deposit of a local outline plan that requires the allocation of public areas in cases where additional building areas and residential units are allocated in accordance with the “Kahlon” and “Sheves” allowances and under the National Outline Plan (TAMA 38) building permits.
