We are pleased to present you with another Planning & Zoning legal update which includes summaries of recent important court and tribunal decisions.
We highlight two important matters that recently arose in this area:
First, we review the opinion paper released by Deputy Attorney General Adv. Erez Kaminitz on the way to calculate the betterment levy for a specific plan which was approved in accordance with a comprehensive outline plan.
Second, we review the proposed Three Dimensional Registration Law which the Knesset’s Internal Affairs and Environment Committee approved for its second and third readings.
