We are pleased to present you with another Urban Renewal legal update which includes summaries of recent important court and tribunal decisions.
In this update we review:
1. The Regulations of the Government Authority for Urban Renewal (Municipal Property Tax Discount), 2018-5779.
2. The Land Supervisor has the authority to hear a claim concerning the strengthening of a building and the demolition of part of the building.
3. If a building does not comply with standard 431 and its building permit was given after January 1, 1980, National Outline Plan 38 applies but incentives will not be provided under it.
