We are pleased to provide you with another Urban Renewal Law update which includes a review of a recent arbitration decision, a decision of the Supervisor of Condominiums in Rehovot, and a decision of the Court for Administrative Matters.
In this update we review:
- The non-fulfillment of a condition precedent in a national outline plan agreement.
- The authority of the Supervisor of Condominiums to adjudicate on property related matters incidental to the implementation of the provisions of the National Outline Plan 38.
- A tender for executing an evacuation and construction project which grants a betterment levy exemption subject to the approval of the city council.
