According to a government decision dated February 5, 2021, foreign nationals will not be able to enter Israel until at least February 20, 2021, without the special approval of an Exceptions Committee composed of representatives of government ministries. The Exceptions Committee will approve the entry of foreigners in exceptional cases, including the receipt of urgent medical treatment that does not suffer a delay, participation in the funeral of a first-degree relative, to reach a legal procedure that cannot be held visually and for certain humanitarian purposes. Foreign experts are not allowed to enter the country at this time.
