Jana Rabinovich

Partner

Ms. Rabinovich is a partner in FBC’s Litigation Department. Her practice focuses on corporate and commercial litigation, with a particular emphasis on class actions, securities-related disputes and cross-border legal matters. In this context, Ms. Rabinovich provides comprehensive legal support and represents clients before various Israeli courts and jurisdictions.

Prior to joining FBC, Ms. Rabinovich clerked for the Honorable Justice Daphne Barak-Erez of the Supreme Court of Israel.

During her legal studies, Ms. Rabinovich was a member of the editorial board of the Tel Aviv University Law Review, as well as an editor of the Law, Society and Culture book series. Ms. Rabinovich also served as a research and teaching assistant at the Tel Aviv University Faculty of Law.
