Associate

Adv. Aviv Yagis is an associate in our firm’s Hi-Tech, Technology and Venture Capital practice.

Adv. Yagis advises the practice’s clients on a variety of corporate and commercial matters, including commercial transactions, investments, financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and ongoing corporate matters.

Adv. Yagis completed his legal internship in the firm’s Hi-Tech, Technology and Venture Capital practice and subsequently rejoined the firm as an associate.

Adv. Yagis graduated from Bar-Ilan University with an LL.B (Magna Cum Laude). During his studies, he served as a research assistant and teaching assistant to Prof. Gideon Sapir in the field of constitutional law. He also served as a teaching assistant to Prof. Adi Ayal, as coordinator of the Faculty’s Excellence Development Program and in connection with the Digital Competition Law course.
