Mrs. Dana Schwartz Dahan is an associate in our firm’s Real Estate practice.

Mrs. Schwartz Dahan specializes in a variety of aspects of real estate law. Within this framework, she represents the firm’s clients in combination deals, including residential, office and commercial properties; handles the sale, purchase and rental of real estate; assists developers and contractors in submitting real estate tenders to the Israel Land Authority, and in matters that require legal representation.

In addition, Ms. Schwartz Dahan represents clients of the practice before the Land Registry Office, local authorities, the Israel Planning Administration, Israel Lands Administration (ILA) and more.
