Adv. Ya’acobi has a unique business orientation and legal expertise in the fields of high-tech, venture capital, M&A, international commercial law, and corporate law. He is highly skilled in leading complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, investments, licensing, joint ventures, financing, distribution, and a broad range of other commercial activities.
Adv. Ya’acobi has represented both public and private acquirers and target companies, along with private equity funds and investment banks, in various domestic and cross-border transactions and corporate matters. He has played a key role in some of the most notable transactions in the Israeli market, managing all commercial law and corporate aspects involved.
Furthermore, Adv. Ya’acobi provides day-to-day legal counselling and manages all legal aspects of high-tech and other companies at all stages of their development, addressing both ongoing matters and complex strategic events. Additionally, he frequently advises international clients on their business activities in Israel.
Before joining the firm, Adv. Ya’acobi served as a partner in a leading law firm.
