Ms. Kupietzky is an associate in our firm’s Hi-Tech, Technology and Venture Capital practice.

Ms. Kupietzky specializes in corporate and commercial law with a particular emphasis on high-tech, financing, venture capital, and mergers and acquisitions. In this capacity, Ms. Kupietzky provides legal counsel to companies in the private sector, and technology start-up ventures in various fields.  Ms. Kupietzky also advises Israeli and international clients in licensing transactions and R&D transactions in various fields of technology, life sciences and digital health.
