Ms. Wecker Eliyahu advises on corporate investment and M&A transactions. In this capacity, she provides legal counsel to companies and technology start-up ventures in various fields and advises Israeli and international clients in licensing transactions and R&D transactions in various fields of technology, life sciences and digital health.
