Mrs. Dolev (Friedman-Charash) is a partner in FBC’s Real Estate Department. Her practice concentrates on development projects in Israel and abroad, sale and lease of income-yielding properties (office buildings, commercial centers and industrial parks) and other real estate assets (large-scale residential projects, including urban renewal projects), combination transactions, real estate taxation, and real estate litigation.

Mrs. Dolev advises on all aspects of initiating and establishing residential and commercial projects, including planning the outline of the acquisition; financing the acquisition and establishing the project; managing negotiations and finalizing agreements with contractors, service providers and financial institutions; and advising on relations with municipal councils and planning authorities.

Prior to joining FBC, Mrs. Dolev was an associate at a leading Israeli law firm.
