Senior Associate

Ms. Doitch is a Senior Associate in FBC’s Corporate Department, where she provides general counsel to public and private companies, with an emphasis on venture capital and private equity financing, technology, mergers and acquisitions and cross-border transactions.

Prior to joining FBC, Ms. Doitch was an associate in the Capital Markets department of a leading Israeli law firm.
