Mr. Guy Lotem is a partner in FISCHER’s Hi-Tech and Corporate Practices. He has represented public and private acquirers as well as private equity firms and investment banks in a variety of mergers and acquisitions transactions, joint ventures, restructurings, and other corporate matters.

In addition, Mr. Lotem provides day-to-day counseling to the firm's technology clients, playing a key role in advising clients in all stages of their development, from start-up through to public offering.

Prior to joining FBC in 2024, Mr. Lotem has acquired extensive experience advising clients on cross-border transactions as a Senior Legal Counsel for global M&A at Allianz SE (Munich, Germany), Senior Associate at Dentons Europe LLP (Munich, Germany) and as an associate at White & Case LLP (New York, US).
