Mrs. Sive is a senior associate in FBC’s Corporate Department. Mrs. Sive has a diverse corporate practice, encompassing mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions and securities law, corporate finance and general corporate matters.

Mrs. Sive represents public and private acquirers, and target companies in a variety of mergers and acquisitions transactions, joint ventures, restructurings and other corporate matters as well as commercial entities in various regulatory aspects with an emphasize on the fields of communications and insurance.
