Mr. Reiter is an associate in FISCHER’s Litigation practice, focusing on complex commercial disputes, with particular experience in class actions and derivative proceedings. He represents international and domestic clients in high-stakes commercial disputes before Israeli courts, as well as in arbitration and mediation proceedings.
Prior to rejoining our firm, Mr. Reiter served as a law clerk to the Honorable Justice Prof. Ofer Grosskopf of the Supreme Court of Israel.
Mr. Reiter holds an LL.M. degree from Harvard Law School and an LL.B. degree from Tel Aviv University. During his studies at Tel Aviv University, he received the Rector’s Citation, ranking first among approximately 1,000 law students, and served as a member of the editorial board and subsequently as an editor of the Tel Aviv University Law Review.
