Mr. Itay Arbel is an associate in our firm’s Tax practice.

Mr. Arbel provides legal counsel to the practices’ clients, including individuals and corporates, on a wide range of tax law matters, such as planning and implementation of local and global complex tax structuring, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, investment funds, financing, as well as obtaining pre-tax rulings and negotiating various agreements with the Israel Tax Authority.
