Mr. Bombach is an associate in FBC’s Litigation Practice. His practice focuses on commercial litigation, with particular emphasis on class actions and derivative suits.

Mr. Bombach represents clients in complex commercial disputes, including class actions, derivative claims, shareholder oppression claims, shareholder and boardroom disputes, corporate and securities-related litigation, and proceedings involving technology, cybersecurity and artificial intelligence issues.

Mr. Bombach graduated from Tel Aviv University Faculty of Law summa cum laude, ranked 1st in his class. He subsequently clerked at the Supreme Court of Israel under the mentorship of Justice Prof. Ofer Grosskopf.

Mr. Bombach completed his LL.M. at Harvard Law School, where he received the Dean’s Scholar Prize.

In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Bombach teaches courses at Tel Aviv University Faculty of Law. During his academic studies, he published several scholarly articles, one of which received an award for outstanding young academic writing. He also served as a board member of the TAU Law Review and as Chief Student Editor of the TAU Journal of Law, Society & Culture.
