Mr. Josh Ettinger is an associate in our firm’s Capital Market practice.

Mr. Ettinger specializes in a variety of aspects in the field of corporate law, securities, and corporate governance policy, as well as in mergers and acquisitions transections of public companies traded in the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange and abroad.

Within this framework, Mr. Ettinger provides comprehensive legal advice and support to public and private companies in initial public offerings (IPO), capital raising procedures and secondary market financing with the Israel Securities Authority and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate governance standards.

Mr. Ettinger represents the firm’s clients in complex transactions in the Israeli capital markets, specifically in matters that involve acquisitions of public companies, tender offers, financing transactions, restructuring, mergers, capital and debt raising, and more.
