She specializes in corporate finance, commercial and technology agreements, and commercial and technological matters in the intellectual property field.
Ms. Amidor has vast experience regarding regulatory processes in Israel and abroad, and advises her clients on an array of matters, including complicated commercial agreements with global companies, universities, hospitals in the fields of pharmaceuticals, intellectual property, personal data, health data, clinical trials, AI, and more.
