Ms. Lee Oz-Banon is a senior associate in our Capital Markets practice.

Ms. Oz-Banon specializes in a wide array of aspects of commercial law. Within this framework, she provides ongoing legal counsel to the practice’s clients, including public companies, public partnerships and reporting corporations, in a broad range of aspects of corporate law, securities law, capital markets law, and in general representing our clients before the relevant authorities and regulatory bodies.

In addition, Ms. Oz-Banon has extensive experience in providing legal advice to Israeli and foreign companies in initial public offerings (IPOs); representing public and private issues in the secondary market for raising shares, bonds and commercial securities; including having accompanied initial public offerings and capital raising totaling in excess of US$ 1 billion.

Prior to joining our firm, Ms. Oz-Banon served as a consultant in the legal departments of a group of companies in the sectors of oil and gas and real estate.
