Ms. Lennie Zivoni is a senior associate in our firm’s Hi-Tech, Technology and Venture Capital practice.
Ms. Zivoni specializes in commercial law, tenders, corporate law and cooperative societies, as well as providing ongoing counsel to hi-tech companies, including in international transactions.
Ms. Zivoni provides represents clients in the hi-tech and biotechnology fields, in complicated transactions with global corporations, universities, and hospitals regarding matters of pharmaceuticals, intellectual property, personal data, health data, clinical trials, AI, regulatory aspects and more.
As of 2011 Ms. Zivoni serves as the general counsel at Kfar Saba’s water supply company and is active in different matters involving the Municipality of Kfar Saba.
