Mrs. Li-Or Shichrur-Barash is a senior associate in the Litigation practice at our firm.
Mrs. Shichrur-Barash specializes in the field of corporate and commercial litigation, with a particular focus on class actions and derivative suits.
Prior to joining our firm, Mrs. Shichrur-Barash clerked for the Honorable (Retired) Justice Uri Shoham at the Supreme Court of Israel. She also co-authored an article with Justice Shoham named, "Diminished Sentencing or Diminished Liability for the crime of murder", which was published in "Menachem Finkelstein's book - Law, Security and Literature".
Additionally, Mrs. Shichrur-Barash served as a law clerk at the Center for Arbitration and Dispute Resolution, working with the Honorable (Retired) Judge Moshe Gal and the Honorable (Retired) Justice David Cheshin, among others.
During her academic studies, Mrs. Shichrur-Barash was a member of the editorial board of "Mishpatim", the Hebrew University Law Review Journal.
