Mrs. Kaufman is an associate in FBC’s Corporate Department.

Mrs. Kaufman’s practice concentrates on banking & financial institutions where she provides legal counsel to public and private companies and represents both lenders and borrowers in financing transactions, project financing and commercial transactions.

Prior to joining FBC, Mrs. Kaufman was an associate in the corporate and commercial department of a leading Israeli law firm, where she advised private companies in financing rounds and commercial transactions.
