She advises clients on a broad range of commercial litigation matters and provides focused counsel to high-net-worth individuals and family businesses on family wealth planning and management, asset protection and preservation, wills and estates, including in the context of family and inheritance disputes.

Ms. Menachem represents the firm’s clients in complex commercial, civil, contractual and corporate disputes, as well as in administrative petitions and arbitration and mediation proceedings.
