Michael Kagzanov

Associate

Mr. Michael Kagzanov is an associate in FISCHER’s Regulatory practice. He represents commercial entities in regulatory matters across various sectors, particularly communications.

During his studies, Mr. Kagzanov served as a legal assistant to the Hon. Supreme Court Chief Justice (Ret.) Dorit Beinisch and Hon. Supreme Court Justice (Ret.) Prof. Yoram Danziger. He also worked as a research assistant for several leading scholars in public and civil law.

Additionally, Mr. Kagzanov was the Chief Student Editor of the Tel Aviv University Journal of Law, Society & Culture and served as a teaching assistant in the fields of public law, law and technology, and legislation and regulation.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Mr. Kagzanov taught Administrative Law at Reichman University alongside Hon. Tel Aviv District Court Justice Dr. Gershon Gontovnik. He is currently co-editing a legal book on Law and Education with Justice Gontovnik and Prof. Karin Carmit Yefet, in addition to his professional endeavors.
