Ori Kitov

Senior Associate

Mr. Kitov is a senior associate in FBC's Corporate Department.

Mr. Kitov provides general counsel to public and private companies, with an emphasis on venture capital and private equity financing, public offerings, PIPEs, M&As and cross-border transactions.

Prior to joining FBC, Mr. Kitov was an associate in the Banking and Finance department of a leading Tel Aviv law firm (2015-2016), after completing his internship in the Justice Ministry’s High Court of Justice department.

Mr. Kitov was member of the editorial board of the Bar-Ilan University Law Review and serves as a teaching assistant in taxation courses in the Bar-Ilan University.
