Ms. Sharon Gazit is a partner in our Hi-Tech, Technology and Venture Capital practice.

Ms. Gazit specializes in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and provides counseling to a broad array of start-up companies in their day-to-day legal and business activities.

Ms. Gazit has been recognized as a leading partner in the Israeli hi-tech field since its early days and represents Israeli startups and top-tier venture capital funds in both domestic and cross-border transactions, as well as international corporate and strategic investors in mergers and acquisition and investment transactions.  Ms. Gazit plays an active role in counseling startups from their early stages through exit transactions, helping them tackle daily challenges in all aspects of their operations and business.

Ms. Gazit is an officer of the International Bar Association (IBA) and served as Co-Chair of the Healthcare and Life Sciences Law Committee of the IBA.

Alongside her professional work, Ms. Gazit lectures before various professional and academic forums, including the International B.A in Liberal Arts and the Coller Ignite Entrepreneurship Club, both in Tel Aviv University, where she teaches a course on legal and financial principles for entrepreneurship.
